How to order on Talika.com ?

If you wish to buy our products online, please click on « Add To Cart » visible on the corresponding product datasheet. Once your product(s) chosen, please select « Go to checkout » from the blue drop-down menu (or clicking on « My Shopping Bag » at the top-right of your screen). Then follow the instructions given.

What is the status of my order ?

After placing your order, a confirmation is sent to you by email with an order number and a tracking link which allows you to track your parcel from our warehouse to your home.

How can I pay online ?

Only payments by Credit Cards (Visa / Eurocard-Mastercard) and by Paypal are accepted on our website. If you wish to pay by American Express (available soon), you can currently order with Paypal which use this method of payment.

How can I view my Shopping Cart ?

To view your shopping cart, please click on the link on the right hand side of the page « My Shopping Bag ».

What are the main benefits with having a Talika account ?

As a member, you are entitled to numerous privileges :
- Tracking of your order
- Registration and personal details updates whenever you want
- Registration of your « Wishlist » with all products previously selected (very useful during sales)
- Newsletter to receive informations about Talika, to be informed of the lastest releases, invitations for private sales, special offers…

How can I sign up ?

It’s very simple to register, by clicking on the link « register » on the top right corner, and create your username and password (no purchase required !).

And please, do not forget to check up your mailbox to confirm your registration !

Unfortunately I lost my password / my password doesn’t work : how to get a new one ?

When you create a member account, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you with a link to change your password (mandatory !). BE CAREFUL : for security reasons, this UNIQUE link is available only 24h ! If you do not confirm the registration within 24h, you will have to create a new account.

I am having trouble accessing the site…

Maybe the current version of your browser is obsolete : please download its lastest update and try again.

My Shopping Bag is empty even though I added products.

Please check if you are registered in the same and correct country.

How do I use Talika products ?

Please find in each product information « how to use it » to make an efficient use of the treatment.

Does your company test on animals ?

We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor ask others to test on our behalf. We evaluate our finished products in clinical tests on volunteer panels.

My product is defective, what should I do ?

If you have purchased on www.talika.com , please contact our Customer Service (customerservice@talika.com) giving your order number. Otherwise, contact the point of sale where you bought the product.

Do you provide catalog or samples so that I can try Talika before purchasing ?

We are sorry, but we do not provide samples or catalogs. However, you can try our products at our retailers stores where you will be well advised.

Where does Talika deliver ?

We deliver worldwide except Australia and New-Zealand.

When will I receive my order ?

- France : Orders are delivered within 2-6 business days for Standard Shipping.
Orders are delivered within 1 business day for Express Shipping
- Abroad : Orders are delivered within 2-10 business days (please check on this table : http://www.talika.com/EN/FR/content/delivery). This may be longer for orders shipped to Russia, the USA and Brazil, where Customs check cosmetic products from abroad (several days or weeks).

How can I return my order ?

(Please refer to Terms of Use) Please contact our Customer Service (customerservice@talika.com) to obtain a return number and send us back the defective product.
