NB: Members' points paid to purchase a product will be credited back upon return of a product.
Members' points credited during a purchase will be deducted after a product is returned.

3 - Referral program :
100 points are attributed both to the referee and to the new member.
The points become eligible as soon as the new sponsored member has sent an order and this order has been accepted by talika.com. Points are credited to referee's and new member's accounts 40 days after being shipped. Points will not be credited if the order is returned.

4 - Faithful customers rewards :

¤ minimum of 3 purchases during one calendar year :
100 bonus points (credited at the end of first year)

¤ minimum of 3 purchases per year during 2 calendar years :
200 bonus points (credited at the end of second year)

¤ minimum of 3 purchases per year during 3 or more calendar years :
300 bonus points (credited at the end of 3rd year and at the end of each qualifying year thereafter)

Qualifying members for more than 3 years will receive 300 points at the end of each calendar year if those members have purchases a minimum of 3 times per calendar year.

5 - Respond to a questionnaire :
We will send questionnaires to Club members from time to time by mail or by email. 100 points will be awarded to members who kindly accept to reply to a questionnaire.

N.B: All benefits and rewards under this program are exclusively reserved to members of Talika.com when purchasing products from Talika.com or answering to questions asked by Talika.com.
Purchases made from other websites or stores do not qualify for this program. No benefit or reward will be attributed on these purchases.

5 - Non active customers / Active status renewal: :
Members lose their active status if they do not purchase any product during a period of one calendar year.
A redemption of 100 points per "non active" calendar year allows former members to reactivate their account and "Active status".
Non active members cannot redeem their points (although points remain available for use after "active" status is regained).

NB: Members that have been non active for more than 2 calendar years lose their membership and are deemed to have renounced their rights to the accumulated points). These former members and their history may be removed from our databases one month after the end of the second calendar year.
