Rules and restrictions :
Every member becomes an "Active Member" as soon as a first order is received and confirmed.
To remain an "Active Member", year after year, members must have :
A¤ Responded to at least one (1) questionnaire (if any)
that may be addressed to them during the current calendar year;
A¤ Purchased, at least one (1) Talika product per calendar year.

NB: Members lose their active status if they do not purchase any products during a period of one (1) calendar year. Inactive members cannot redeem points, although points remain available for use if status is re-activated. Please click here for more details about re-activating an account.
