Every member becomes an "Active Members" as soon as a first order is receive and confirmed.
To remain an "Active Member", year after year, members must have :
¤ Accepted to answer at least 1 of the questionnaires (if any)
that may be addressed to them during the current calendar year;
¤ Purchased, at least, one Talika product per calendar year.
NB: Members lose their active status if they do not purchase any product during a period of one calendar year. Non active members cannot redeem their points, although points remain available for use if status is re-activated. Please click here for more details about re-activating an account.
