What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date" ?
"Order Date" is the date of your order. "Ship Date" is the day your order was shipped.
Delivery lead times indicated on our website must be calculated from the next business day following the day of your order.
Although most orders are shipped the next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.
If you place an order on a Friday evening, your package will not be shipped until after the weekend.
Example: If you ordered on a Thursday and if the lead time indicated is 3 business days, expect to receive your package by the next Tuesday or Wednesday.
