Returns and Refunds :
What is your return/exchange policy ?
Damaged products :
Damaged products will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded, at the choice of buyer. For claims, contact us at: returns@talika.com.
Satisfied or your money back :
Any product can be returned to us within 60 days of reception, subject to the following terms and conditions.
However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS NOT PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE.
1) No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2) Request for RMA# must be done within 60 days of receiving package. RMA# must appear on the package returned for refund processing.
3) All returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of issuance of RMA# at one of the return centers listed below.
4) Return shipping cost is at customer's charge.
5) Shipping fees are not refundable.
6) Refunds are processed only upon receipt of returned goods and will be done within 10 working days thereof.
