 Shipping :

I have not received the samples I had chosen. Why?
In as much as we like to provide samples with every order, sample products are given subject to availability of supply. Sometimes we replace the chosen samples with what is available at the time of preparing your order. It is also a company policy that sample products are not to be shipped separately, thus they are not back-shipped.
