Can the eyebrow lipocils be used on the lashes ?
NO, eyebrow lipocils should not be used on the lashes. Although they contain the same natural ingredients, lipocils and eyebrow lipocils's intensity is measured to suit each area. The lashes area is much more sensitive and more prone to allergies than the eyebrow area. Each product is formulated to ensure the optimum efficiency for its targeted area.
