Shipping & Returns Policy
- Talika.com offers domestic shipment in the 48 continental USA States
- Same day shipping when order placed by 11AM EST
- Free standard shipment for orders over $75
- All orders are shipped through UPS
- 3 methods of shipment offered: ground, 2-day and next day
- Orders placed by 11AM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11AM EST will be shipped on the following business day.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11AM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and national US holidays will be processed on the following business day.
* Order must be placed by 11 AM EST or order will be shipped the following day.
- All orders are shipped through UPS from our NJ warehouse.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail along with your tracking number.
Refused or continuously failed delivery shipments returned to our warehouse will be issued a $20 non-delivery fee that will be deducted from the refund.
We stand behind our high quality products and assure you complete satisfaction when shopping on Talika.com.
- We will only accept returns of unopened items purchased on our website within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping costs will not be paid by Talika.com when returning unopened items due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret. Talika.com will not provide a return label.
- We will accept returns for any item that was shipped incorrectly. In that case, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can issue you a return label. Once we receive the product we will re-ship you the correct item at no additional cost.
- We will accept returns for damaged and defective items. In that case, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can replace the item(s), upon stock availability, once we have receive the defective one(s).
- We will not accept any opened and/or used products.
- We will not accept products that were not in your original order placed on Talika.com.
Please note that all unauthorized returns will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
Talika.com will process return authorization within the first 30 days of shipment sent. No return authorization will be processed past this 30 days period.
Steps to follow to get your refund and/or store credit for your eligible return:
- Notify Talika’s dedicated customer service team of your issue at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this e-mail, please include the following:
- Name, address, and contact information.
- Order number and date.
- Item(s) to be returned and quantity.
- Reason of returning item(s).
- Within 5 business days, if your return is eligible, you will receive an e-mail giving you your return authorization along with the address to ship your item(s) back.
- Pack your item(s) including all the parts, pieces, and printed material in its original packaging, promotional items that came with the order, place the copy of the e-mail sent by Talika.com with the return authorization in the box and ship the box to the address provided in the e-mail. Please make sure to use a traceable and/or insured shipping method as we are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Talika.com reserves the right to determine once your return is received and inspected to refuse a refund on your return shipment.
After receiving and approving the return, Talika.com will issue the refund and/or store credit within 10 business days.
Refund on the credit card used to complete your order at Talika.com will be issued in the following cases:
- Product(s) shipped incorrectly.
- Product(s) damaged/defective in case we were unable to ship you the replacement item(s).
Store credit will be issued if you choose to return unopened items purchased on our website within 30 days of the shipment date.
Failure to send back all the parts, pieces, printed material, and promotional items will results in partial and/or no refund.
